ALANIK SHOES — EXCHANGE, RETURNS & STORE CREDIT POLICY

Return & Exchange Window

ALANIK SHOES offers a 15-day window to request an exchange or store credit, starting from the day you receive your item.

We do not offer refunds. Only exchanges or store credit are available.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • In unused, unworn condition

  • Free of scratches, odors, stains, or signs of wear

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

All return packages must be shipped to:

(If you want the full address completed, I can adjust it.)

Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs & Restocking Fee

  • All return and exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

  • Once the item is received and inspected, approved returns will receive a digital gift card (store credit) within 3–6 business days.

  • Store credits do not expire.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item:

  • Arrived defective

  • Was damaged during shipping

  • Is not the item you ordered

We will evaluate the issue and assist you promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Sale items (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Final Sale, discounts, etc.)

  • Gift cards

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage

  • Items missing original packaging

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive the item you want is to complete the exchange request and then place a separate new order once your return is accepted.

 

Warranty — 30 Days

All ALANIK SHOES products come with a 30-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage or improper use

  • Damage caused by pets

  • Unauthorized returns from outside the United States

Lost Packages

If your package shows as “delivered” but you did not receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors or nearby locations.

  2. Contact us immediately at alanik.designs@gmail.com.

Carriers allow lost-package claims after 20 days from the shipment date.
ALANIK SHOES is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
